How much are your notary services?

Fees vary depending on the type of document and travel distance. Please contact me with details about your signing, and I'll provide a clear quote before we confirm your appointment.

What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?

I primarily serve Trumbull County, Mahoning County, and nearby Columbiana County communities, including Hubbard, Warren, Youngstown, Boardman, Austintown, Columbiana, Salem, East Palestine, and Lisbon. I also serve surrounding Northeast Ohio communities within 30 miles of Hubbard. Extended travel beyond 30 miles is available for an additional mileage fee.

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have the following documentation with you at the time of the signing a current government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport). If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.

What are your travel fees?

The state of Ohio sets the notary fee at $5 per notarization.

In addition, I charge a travel fee based on distance from Hubbard, OH. Travel fees vary depending on mileage, time of day, and location (such as home, office, hospital, or other meeting spots).

I’ll always confirm the exact cost with you before your appointment so there are no surprises. Extended travel beyond 30 miles from Hubbard is available for an additional fee.

How soon can I book a signing?

Appointments can often be scheduled the same day. I'm available daily from 6am-9pm, and I'll do my best to accommodate urgent requests.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

Yes - witnesses can be arranged for an additional fee if you are unable to provide your own. Please let me know in advance if this service is needed.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in Ohio?

Yes, I provide Remote Online Notarization (RON) services for clients. This means I can notarize your documents securely online while I'm in Ohio, and you can be anywhere in the U.S. or even outside the Country. All you need is a device with a camera, microphone, and internet connection.

Please Note: Some states and countries have their own rules about recognizing remote notarization. If you're outside of Ohio, it's always a good idea to confirm that your receiving party (Such as a title company, court, government office) accepts RON.

What form of payments do you accept?

I accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Paypal. Credit or debit cards are also accepted, with a small processing surcharge. Payment is due at time of service.

Yes, the signer and any witness must appear in person or online for RON with a valid government issue ID.

Yes! As an ordained officiant, I can perform wedding ceremonies in addition to providing notary services. Contact me to discuss your special day.

Yes, I can provide printing and scanning services for loan signings and other notary appointments upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Is confirmation required before my appointment

Yes, To ensure your appointment is secure and avoid scheduling conflicts, I require a quick confirmation before I head out. This protects both your time and mine and ensures I arrive prepared with everything needed for your signing.

What if I didn't receive a confirmation to my appointment?

If you didn't receive a confirmation within 12 hours of booking, please call or text me at 330-212-9476 to verify. Appointments are not guaranteed without confirmation. This helps avoid scheduling conflicts and ensures i arrive fully prepared for your signing.
